Self-Service Book Borrowing and Returning System Instructions

Tips:

1.If the barcode can not be identified, please ask the teacher for help.

2.Please not take away your library card when borrowing books.

3.Please remember to take away your library card after borrowing books.

4.Please put one book on the machine at a time when borrowing and returning books.

Book Borrowing Process

1.Please select the “Borrow” button on the screen. Then swipe your card and don’t take away your card while borrowing books.

2.When you turn to the interface of borrowing books, the barcode is on the cover of the book. Please push the book to the bottom along the V-shaped slot.

3.If there is no barcode on the cover, please turn to the title page of the book. When the interface shows that you have successfully borrowed the book, you can take it away and then contniue the next one.

Book Returning Process

1.Please select the “Return” button on the screen. You needn’t put your card on the machine.

2.When you turn to the interface of returning books, the barcode is on the cover of the book. Please push the book to the bottom along the V-shaped slot.

3.If there is no barcode on the cover, please turn to the title page of the book. When the interface shows that you have successfully returned the book, you can take it away and then contniue the next one.

Query Operation Process

1.Please select the “Account Information” button when you need to view your account information, then swipe your card.

2.After using, please remember to take away your card.
